Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeframe:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for any reason. After 24 hours, cancellations can no longer be processed.

Refunds for Cancellations:
If you cancel your order before it has shipped, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation of Personalized Orders:
Personalized orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.
